Our stay at the hotel was memorable, with a beautiful interior and exceptional spa facilities that added to our relaxation. The room we were upgraded to was spacious with stunning views, making it a treat to return to after exploring Tallinn. However, there was a hiccup during check-in when another guest's mistake led to confusion about our reservation, which was quite frustrating.
